easy, simple, ready, effortless, painless

One of my favourite Spanish words, actually one of the few Spanish words I know. It is the one word that has stuck with me, from when I worked with colleagues from Puerto Rico several years ago.

I like it because it reminds me about how we need to continue to strive to make it easier for clients/customers to enjoy/experience/use whatever it is they need/want to purchase from us.

While the word frictionless is often used by businesses, in the interest of simplicity, I think customers/clients just want it to be, and rightfully believe it should be, easy to give businesses their business. 

Often it boils down to organizations making it easier for their teams to make it easier for their customers/clients.
